Ces sessions s&rsquo;adressaient aussi bien aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves de 6\u00e8me, 5\u00e8me et 4\u00e8me qu&rsquo;\u00e0 leurs parents respectifs.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Au cours des ateliers, les sp\u00e9cialistes de la DINAPEN ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une vision claire et compl\u00e8te de la responsabilit\u00e9 parentale, du cadre juridique applicable aux mineurs et des risques num\u00e9riques auxquels les enfants et les adolescents sont expos\u00e9s aujourd&rsquo;hui.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>L&rsquo;un des th\u00e8mes centraux \u00e9tait le r\u00f4le fondamental de la famille dans l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation et la protection des mineurs. Selon les articles 100, 101 et 102 du cadre r\u00e9glementaire \u00e9quatorien, l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation, les soins et l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation des enfants sont des devoirs partag\u00e9s par les deux parents, qui doivent garantir un environnement stable et affectueux, inculquer des valeurs \u00e9thiques, assurer l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&rsquo;enseignement primaire et secondaire et promouvoir le d\u00e9veloppement culturel.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b7e9bd9 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"b7e9bd9\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-be9f304 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"be9f304\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La distinction juridique entre enfants et adolescents a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 expliqu\u00e9e en d\u00e9tail. Est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme \u00ab enfant \u00bb toute personne \u00e2g\u00e9e de moins de 12 ans, qui n&rsquo;est pas p\u00e9nalement responsable devant la loi. En revanche, les \u00ab adolescents \u00bb, \u00e2g\u00e9s de 12 \u00e0 18 ans, sont des sujets de droits qui r\u00e9pondent de leurs actes par des mesures socio-\u00e9ducatives ou une privation de libert\u00e9, selon la gravit\u00e9 du cas, conform\u00e9ment au Code de l&rsquo;enfance et de l&rsquo;adolescence.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Un autre point crucial a \u00e9t\u00e9 la violence entre pairs et les dangers dans l&rsquo;environnement num\u00e9rique. Des th\u00e8mes tels que le cyberharc\u00e8lement, le harc\u00e8lement, l&rsquo;extorsion et d&rsquo;autres d\u00e9lits commis \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;outils \u00e9lectroniques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 abord\u00e9s. Les agents ont expliqu\u00e9 les comportements \u00e0 risque, leurs cons\u00e9quences \u00e9motionnelles et juridiques, ainsi que les peines pr\u00e9vues par la loi pour ces d\u00e9lits.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Enfin, la proc\u00e9dure officielle d&rsquo;action interinstitutionnelle, qui coordonne les \u00e9tablissements d&rsquo;enseignement, le syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 et le minist\u00e8re public, a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e afin d&rsquo;intervenir en temps utile en cas de pr\u00e9somption de violation des droits.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Le Lyc\u00e9e La Condamine r\u00e9affirme ainsi son engagement permanent en faveur de la formation int\u00e9grale, de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et du bien-\u00eatre de toute sa communaut\u00e9 \u00e9ducative, en promouvant des
