Sur cette p\u00e9riode 10 100 affaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9es en France, selon une note conjointe des minist\u00e8res de l\u2019\u00e9ducation nationale et de la justice. De 530 signalements \u00e0 la justice en 2022 \u00e0 6100 en 2024 t\u00e9moignant, selon eux, d\u2019une \u201cprise de conscience\u201d sur ce sujet plus que d\u2019une augmentation du nombre de<br \/>cas.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Comment d\u00e9finir le harc\u00e8lement ?<\/strong><\/p><p><br \/>Si une personne ou un groupe de personnes emb\u00eatent de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e une ou plusieurs autres personnes, que ce soit des insultes ou moqueries, des violences physiques,<br \/>des mensonges ou rumeurs, des d\u00e9nigrements, on peut parler de harc\u00e8lement. Sont retenus le caract\u00e8re r\u00e9p\u00e9titif et d\u00e9gradant d\u2019actes bas\u00e9s sur une diff\u00e9rence (vestimentaire, physique, de croyance, d\u2019opinion, d\u2019origine). Des comportements dont les auteurs n\u2019ont pas toujours<br \/>conscience des d\u00e9g\u00e2ts qu\u2019ils causent.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Comment r\u00e9agir ?<\/strong><\/p><p><br \/>Mettre un terme \u00e0 des dynamiques de harc\u00e8lement naissantes est essentiel. En tant que victime, on peut penser \u00e0 ignorer les moqueries, essayer de s\u2019en d\u00e9tacher, mais celles-ci risquent de continuer. On peut essayer d\u2019expliquer que cela nous blesse, commencer par demander d\u2019arr\u00eater, ne pas se d\u00e9fendre en faisant du mal, ce qui ne fait qu\u2019accentuer la violence. Autrement, il faut demander de l\u2019aide le plus vite possible \u00e0 des personnes de confiance : parents, vie scolaire, amis, professeurs, psychologues. En tant que t\u00e9moin, ne pas cacher la situation, oser dire les choses. Oser faire remarquer \u00e0 un ou des camarades qu\u2019ils n\u2019aimeraient pas qu\u2019on leur fasse subir ce qu\u2019ils sont en train de faire, leur demander d\u2019arr\u00eater et leur mettre face \u00e0 leur comportement de mani\u00e8re constructive.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>T\u00e9moins comme victimes peuvent chercher \u00e0 comprendre les motivations d\u2019un auteur d\u2019actes de harc\u00e8lement, lui demander pourquoi sans le stigmatiser, l\u2019enjeu pour l\u2019auteur \u00e9tant de prendre conscience de l\u2019aspect probl\u00e9matique de son comportement et le rectifier pour \u00eatre plus respectueux de son\/ses camarades.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Tous ces r\u00f4les ne sont pas fixes, d\u2019o\u00f9 la difficult\u00e9 d\u2019identifier et de comprendre le harc\u00e8lement. Une enqu\u00eate de l\u2019Ifop (Institut fran\u00e7ais d\u2019opinion publique) r\u00e9alis\u00e9e le mois dernier aupr\u00e8s de coll\u00e9giens et lyc\u00e9ens affirme que 17% des \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont v\u00e9cu un<br \/>harc\u00e8lement au cours de leur scolarit\u00e9, tandis que 7% reconnaissent en avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 les auteurs. Autre statistique de l\u2019enqu\u00eate, deux auteurs sur trois ont eux-m\u00eames \u00e9t\u00e9<br \/>victimes. Cela montre que la violence s\u2019auto-alimente.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00catre tous amis les uns avec les autres n\u2019est pas r\u00e9aliste, mais nous partageons tous les m\u00eames classes, le m\u00eame \u00e9tablissement. Nous devons apprendre \u00e0 nous voir comme des camarades, des coll\u00e8gues, et donc \u00e0 nous respecter les uns les autres, en essayant de toujours rester
