R\u00e9ception des signalements<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La vie scolaire est inform\u00e9e des situations par les \u00e9l\u00e8ves, les enseignants, les personnels, ou les familles.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>2. Rencontre individuelle avec chaque \u00e9l\u00e8ve impliqu\u00e9<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il s\u2019agit de recueillir la parole de chaque \u00e9l\u00e8ve, comprendre la situation et engager un dialogue \u00e9ducatif.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>D\u00e9roulement de l\u2019entretien<\/b><\/h3><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Recueil de la parole<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> :<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab Peux-tu me raconter ce qui s\u2019est pass\u00e9 ? \u00bb<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab Comment as-tu v\u00e9cu cette situation ? \u00bb<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab As-tu besoin d\u2019aide ou de soutien particulier ? \u00bb<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Dialogue \u00e9ducatif<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> :<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Identifier les besoins (s\u00e9curit\u00e9, \u00e9coute, m\u00e9diation, etc.).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Expliquer les valeurs de respect et de vivre-ensemble.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Compte-rendu<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> : R\u00e9dig\u00e9 par le CPE ou l\u2019adulte r\u00e9f\u00e9rent, avec les \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li><b> Information aux parents<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il s\u2019agit d\u2019associer les parents \u00e0 la r\u00e9solution de la situation, dans un esprit de co-\u00e9ducation et de collaboration.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>Modalit\u00e9s de contact<\/b><\/h3><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Premier contact<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> :<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Appel t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique et\/ou mail apr\u00e8s l\u2019entretien avec l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Information sur la situation et son contexte.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Rencontre propos\u00e9e<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> :<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si la situation le n\u00e9cessite, un rendez-vous est propos\u00e9 avec le CPE, et \/ ou le DECE.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>4. Mise en place de mesures \u00e9ducatives et suivi<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il s\u2019agit de proposer des r\u00e9ponses adapt\u00e9es pour restaurer un climat scolaire apais\u00e9 et renforcer les comp\u00e9tences psychosociales.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Selon l\u2019importance des manquements de l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ve, <\/span><b>la mesure \u00e9ducative, toujours individuelle<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, peut \u00eatre <\/span><b>un rappel \u00e0 l&rsquo;ordre, une punition ou une sanction<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> comme le stipule le r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les mesures \u00e9ducatives sont le plus souvent un travail pour <\/span><b>d\u00e9velopper les comp\u00e9tences de responsabilisation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, par exemple, de mani\u00e8re non exhaustive :\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">travaux de r\u00e9flexion et d&rsquo;\u00e9criture encadr\u00e9s par la vie scolaire,\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">aide \u00e0 la garderie pour accompagner les enfants dans les activit\u00e9s,\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">aide aux personnels d&rsquo;entretien,\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">aide au centre de culture et de connaissances pour classifier et archiver des ressources,\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">travaux de solidarit\u00e9 en interne ou le samedi matin avec le groupe de Participaci\u00f3n estudiantil.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En fonction de la situation, les mesures \u00e9ducatives sont d\u00e9cid\u00e9es par le CPE ou l\u2019\u00e9quipe de direction. Elles sont <\/span><b>explicit\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve lors d\u2019une r\u00e9union avec sa famille<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> afin de renforcer la <\/span><b>transmission des valeurs communes \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Selon la situation, d\u2019<\/span><b>autres actions pour instaurer un climat apais\u00e9 sont mises en place telles que :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">m\u00e9diation entre \u00e9l\u00e8ves, formulation d\u2019excuses,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">engagement \u00e9crit de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve,\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">accompagnement par le DECE,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">au niveau collectif, animation d\u2019heures de vie de classe, ateliers sur la gestion des conflits, projets de classe.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019\u00e9quipe p\u00e9dagogique et \u00e9ducative reste attentive \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration du bien-\u00eatre des \u00e9l\u00e8ves et \u00e0 la diminution des tensions (par retours des enseignants, retours des \u00e9l\u00e8ves, retours des parents, entretien avec le DECE).
